14-DAY FREE REPLACEMENT

 
A. Coverage

This free replacement policy only applies to luggage in which the defect is evident. As such defect is evident, it is presumed that Luggage was never used before sending it back for replacement. Replacement Luggage shall be provided by Traveller of the Future Corporation. The replacement shall only be for product with equal retail value.

This replacement policy applies to any factory defects that are visible upon receiving a brand-new Gala luggage including:

  • Clearly visible cracks on the shell
  • Visible misalignments in the luggage’s stitching and general build
  • Defective essential parts (Wheels, Zippers, Plastic Handles, Telescopic Handles, TSA Lock)
  • Spelling mistakes on the personalized bag tag

 

B. Exceptions to the Replacement Policy

Other forms of defects not listed above shall not be covered by this replacement policy. This replacement policy shall not cover the following:

  • Luggages that are used can no longer be replaced
  • Uncentered initials on free personalized bag tags
  • Defects on freebies that come with the luggage (power banks, bag tag, canvas laundry bag, polyester shoe bag)
  • Change of color

 

C. Availment of Replacement Policy

The owner shall be entitled to the following within the fourteen (14) day replacement policy:  

  • A free replacement of the luggage ordered if a clear factory defect exists
  • Related shipping costs will be covered by Gala assuming a clear factory defect exists
  • Customers may be asked to cover shipping costs and additional handling fees if no major defects exist on the luggage being replaced.

D. Responsibilities of the Owner

The owner understands that the free replacement only applies to luggages with clear factory defects or cracks on the hardshell reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The owner shall be responsible for any related shipping fees, whether sending the luggage in for replacement, or for the delivery from the repair shop of the company to his/her location.

It is recommended that the owner uses tracked and insured shipping methods to prevent loss or damage during transit.

The owner further understands that only unused luggages are eligible for the free replacement within the stated policy period.

 

E. Replacement Policy Assessment 

The owner must email us a photo of their ID and order Invoice. The owner must provide photo and video proof of the defect for approval before we send a replacement. Luggage must also still be within the replacement policy period.

The company shall than assess whether or not the luggage meets the qualifications for replacement. The company shall notify the owner fifteen (15) days from the time photo and video proof was sent to the warehouse, to inform the owner whether or not the request for replacement is approved.

There will be NO REPLACEMENT ALLOWED whatsoever solely due to CHANGE OF MIND. There shall also strictly be a NO RETURN policy.
