At GALA, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your purchases.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to cities within Metro Manila only.
If your location is not listed, feel free to contact us at happy@galatravel.co, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates (Philippines):
    • Makati, BGC, Pasay: ₱225
    • Manila, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros: ₱300
    • Navotas, Malabon, South Caloocan, Las Piñas: ₱375
    • Quezon City, Valenzuela, North Caloocan, Marikina, Muntinlupa, ₱450

 

    3. Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.

     

    4. Delivery Time

    The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

     

    Domestic Shipping (Philippines):
    • Metro Manila: 1-2 business days

     

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

     

    6. Shipping Delays

    While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, customs delays, or courier issues) that cause shipping delays. We will notify you of any such delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

     

    7. Failed Deliveries

    In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, missed deliveries, or failure to collect from a delivery point, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery. 

     

    8. Lost or Damaged Packages

    We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our logistics department immediately at +639544038972. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, replace the item(s) based on the investigation outcome.

     

    9. Shipping Restrictions

    Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We will notify you at checkout if there are any issues with your order.
